In 1983, Abdel Messih Habib founded Pyramid Realty with one clear purpose — to serve clients with honesty, professionalism, and care. What began as one man’s dream has grown into a trusted name across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, built on decades of experience and genuine relationships.
Habib’s dedication to excellence shaped the foundation of Pyramid Realty. His deep understanding of commercial and residential sales, 1031 exchanges, and property management earned him a respected reputation throughout New England.
Managing more than 325 units for clients and his own portfolio, he became known for turning real estate into opportunity.
Martha Habib
Today, the vision for Pyramid Realty set by Abdel-Messih Habib continues through his daughter, Martha A. Habib. With a background in Marketing and Business from the University of Rhode Island, a Master's in International
Relations from Salve Regina and over 18 years of experience, Martha has carried forward her father’s principles while expanding the firm’s success in residential sales, investment properties, and property management. Her professionalism, knowledge of market trends, and commitment to client success make her a trusted advisor for families and investors alike.
